5. Text Messaging and SMS Privacy

If you opt in to receive text messages through ServiceProMagic or through a business website using ServiceProMagic's Smart Scheduler, we may collect your phone number, SMS consent status, message preferences, and related messaging records. We use this information to send appointment-related and customer-care messages such as booking confirmations, scheduling follow-ups, reminders, and responses to active service inquiries.

We do not sell or share mobile or personal data with third parties, affiliates, or partners for marketing or promotional purposes. We only share data with third parties when it is strictly necessary to deliver our service and only under binding agreements that ensure confidentiality.

Under no circumstances will mobile data be shared or sold for advertising or promotional use. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties except service providers and vendors necessary to deliver, support, or secure the messaging service, or as required by law.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You may request help by replying HELP. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
